Jolly plants

JOLLY Series (chemical-physical plants) has been designed to solve definitively the wastewater purification problems encountered by small users like the ones listed above while, as far as high-flow plants are concerned, our Technical Department carries out specific projects each time.

Taking the utmost economy and simplicity into consideration, JOLLY plants are constructed to have a compact shape and consequently to take up less room; moreover they are equipped with some devices, which control automatically all the equipments previously tested in our Factory.
For the installation on site no special wall, hydraulic or electric works are required.

Treatment phases

The above mentioned wastewater purification is obtained by means of a chemical-physical process. Regarding Jolly series, the wastewater conveyed into a collection tank (normally available) is transferred to the plant by means of a booster motor pump, getting then to the mixing tank; a worm feeder will add the right quantity of chemicals and a stirrer working at low speed will mix the incoming water with the dosed reagent.

So the water will enter a properly dimensioned settling tank, where the sludges previously produced will split up from the water and settle on the bottom, while the water floating above will be transferred to a storage tank and then, by means of a motor pump, it will be conveyed to the activated carbon filter and then to the drainpipe.

The extraction of the sludges will be executed automatically, conveying these latter into filtering bags installed in the plant itself.

Purification efficiency

Thanks to the process executed by JOLLY plants it is almost always possible to drain waters whose characteristics comply with the following provisions in force on wastewater: Table A, Law 319/76 and subsequent amendments; if the incoming wastewater has a high content of pollutants or if the water is reused, an activated carbon filter will be finally installed. In case of especially “heavy” wastewater, a chemical-physical plant can be applied as a rougher before conveying the water into final biological plant.
