Zootechnics Sector

Zootechnics is of course a very large sector and there is also a huge number of answers elaborated by Maretto Engineering during many years of activity in order to find the best solution for several problems linked with the bad smells and with the acceleration of biological processes connected with zootechnical activities.

The bacterial-enzymatic products manufactured by Maretto Engineering are mainly effective for:

Catering Sector

In restaurants and canteens the main sources of bad smells are normally due to fat-condensing pits or to the possible bad management of food rejects (rubbish crushers, tanks, drainpipes, cesspools etc.). In particular the fat-condensing pit often becomes a serious problem to be taken into account, because in some cases its bad management might cause a sudden operating stoppage with heavy consequences on the whole running of the catering activity.
By means of the biodegradation the enzymatic products are able to “turn the fat into water” obtaining even a 75% mass decrease and reducing proportionally the frequency of purging operations a well.

Specific Environments

Chemical pollutant treatment

Maretto Engineering has developed specific enzyme-based products for the degradation of pollutants of petrochemical origin and of other similar compounds. The elimination of such substances is often carried out by means of expensive chemical and mechanical reclamation operations, but these latter can be either replaced or implemented by the enzymatic reclamation, which often represents the best solution and certainly the “cleanest” one. The suitable product for this type of requirement is E/119 IDROCARBUR.

Sewage Pits and Cesspools

Everybody knows the problems often generated by sewage pits and cesspools: bad smells, stoppages due to an excess of organic waste not correctly degraded and in general all the troubles deriving from liquid sewage and from substances contained in the sewerage system. Purging is not always the only available solution and it is often possible to eliminate completely bad smells and restore the correct operation of cesspools and sewage pits through the inoculation of enzymatic starters; in fact these latter guarantee an effective degradation action, favouring the elimination of gas emission and restoring the correct functioning. During long years of activity Maretto Engineering has developed many products but, in general, the most important ones belong once again to the series named BIOMAR ENZYMPLUS.

Waste dumps, MSW containers, waste disposal sites etc.

Wherever you have a waste heap the bacterial activity taking place inside it will be responsible for stinking exhalations and liquid sewage. Maretto Engineering has tackled a lot of similar situations, characterized by several different peculiarities: in any case both huge waste dumps or small waste heaps have something in common, that is the processes causing the same problems, but the products we suggest can directly act on these problems. Waste can be generally biodegraded and treated, but it is also possible to inhibit the production of bad smells, applying by atomization a “protective film” consisting of enzymatic products.

Domestic Problems
